5gallon barrel filling machine
QGF-300 barrel filling machine is mainframe for produce 5 gallon barreled water. It consist of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, air tank, transmission machine, electric machine, can finish empty barrel washing , filling , capping through several washing , fit quantify filling and auto wear lid and capping. The whole working process was control by PLC; realize stability washing effect, accurate filling capacity and perfect capping effect.
l Washing part
Displace of every working –place of washing part all depend on chain-conveying-gas-tank bring along orientation on conveying chain and do unilateralism displace, work principal is chain-conveying-gas-tank get electricity and gas, plunger of conveying gas tank put out and push rack fixed on plunger pole to go ahead, clutch bring principal axis rotate towards to direction of barrel go, arrive at working place ,the course is over, rack go back, due to clutch principal axis and chain wheel don’t move, begin working barrels on barrel-tray upwards rotate along with chain (the distance of displace of working place is 304.8mm)in this time barrels turn from inclined to inverted to accept cleaning fluid’s washing from nozzle in first working place, in washing part, empty barrel have to stop eight times including seven cleaning fluid’s washing and one time’s dripping ,the first and second times is using liquid washing interior and exterior, the third ,fourth and fifth times is using disinfection to washing , the sixth and seventh times is using asepsis water to washing ,the eighth times is dripping, washing and disinfection need 120s/b。
l Filling and capping part
The clean barrel along with chain to go down , this time barrel turn from inverted to inclined and slip along with V-box，，gas tank which used to turn over barrel begin to work，it take empty barrel to filling working place ,when examing swift exam two barrel, conveying machine stop filling gas tank decline, when bugle head decline it fix barrel-head in it and filling in to barrel, at the same time filling pump open to filling , filling’ time was adjust by PLC ，after filling, filling gas tank bring filling valve step up, when gas tank rise to right place, conveying machine open , the barrel have been filled was conveyed to capping working place, on the way have a wear-cap machine which intersect 38 angle with barrel, wear-cap machine automatically sets the barrel head a cap and the cap slip 8-9mm to arrive capping working place, then capping gas tank tightly pressed cap into Bottlenecks.
In the filling course principal axis work twice, prepare for two barrel of next time
